New Client Onboarding
Welcome aboard. This onboarding form gives us everything we need to start working on your local SEO and marketing on day one. It takes about 15 minutes.
Every fact you enter here goes to work: your services become pages, your team becomes your About page, your customer questions become your FAQs, and your news becomes your included first-month press release.
No passwords here, ever. Access is granted by adding admin@aigwebmethods.com to your accounts; the instructions for each one are right below. Click any question to open the step-by-step guide.

How do I check if I have Google Search Console (and grant access)?
Check: go to search.google.com/search-console while signed into your Google account. If your website appears in the property menu (top left), you have it.
Grant access: select your website, then Settings (left menu), then Users and permissions, then Add user. Enter admin@aigwebmethods.com and set permission to Full.
Don’t have it? No problem, write that in the checklist box below and we set it up for you once we have website access.
How do I check if I have Google Analytics (GA4) and grant access?
Check: go to analytics.google.com while signed in. If you see charts for your website, you have GA4.
Grant access: click Admin (gear icon, bottom left), then Property access management, then the plus button (top right), then Add users. Enter admin@aigwebmethods.com and choose the Editor role.

How do I grant access to my Google Business Profile?
Check: search your business name on Google Maps while signed in. If you see options like Edit profile or Promote on your listing, you manage it. Or go to business.google.com.
Grant access: open your Business Profile, click the three-dot menu, then Business Profile settings, then People and access, then Add. Enter admin@aigwebmethods.com and choose Manager.

How do I give access to my website (WordPress or other)?
WordPress: log into your WordPress admin (usually yourdomain.com/wp-admin). Go to Users, then Add New User. Username: aig-admin, email: admin@aigwebmethods.com, role: Administrator. Uncheck the welcome email option if you prefer; we get notified anyway.
Other platforms (Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy builder): each has a contributor or partner invite in account settings; invite admin@aigwebmethods.com with the highest role available, or share through your password manager.
Hosting and domain: most registrars offer delegate access (GoDaddy: Account Settings, then Delegate Access). Never email passwords; if delegate access doesn’t exist, use a password manager share (we’ll send a 1Password invite on request).
How do I share photos of my business and team?
We create a shared Google Drive folder for you at kickoff and email you the link. Drop in real photos of your team, your work, your location, your vehicles. Real photos beat stock photos on Google, every time. Phone photos are perfect.
